Subject: Support for Coping with Trauma
Dear Colleagues,
Attached are some resources from David Rasch, Director of the HELP Center. Please distribute this information to all faculty, staff and students in your areas.
David Rasch and his staff are available to conduct sessions for your department to discuss this national tragedy and it's impact on all of us. Please contact him directly to arrange this and please inform faculty, staff and students that HELP Center services are available for individuals.
During this time, many people are experiencing fear, anxiety and many other emotions. As managers and supervisors, we need to be flexible and understanding of the impact this has on our work force. I appreciate your continued and special support to our employees at this time. If you have questions about any employee situations related to this crises, please contact our Employee Relations staff at 725-8607.
Thank you!
Cori
